
REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
1 – General Information:
Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with the product, you can return it within 7 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

- Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

- Pack the item securely and include the RMA number inside the package.
- Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team.
4 – Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
